AIADMK writes to EC accusing Puducherry CM Narayanasamy of violating model code of conduct

AIADMK writes to Election Commission accusing Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy of violating the model code of conduct by extending freebies to the public in the form of pre-dated cheques from Chief Minister's relief fund.

AIADMK allege that though there are no adequate funds in the account, bank authorities have been instructed to not bounce the cheques & wait for the account to be credited
