Puducherry Chief Minister VNarayanasamy on Tuesday congratulated India's ace badmintonplayer P V Sindhu for winning the world championship title inSwitzerland
Making a statement in the assembly, he said that Sindhuwas the first Indian to win the world championship and throughthis "glorious act she has done India proud"
Narayanasamy greeted her on his and on behalf of theassembly and the people of the union territory for herhistoric triumph.
