Himachal Pradesh expects more rains for next 2 days

Moderate to heavy rains lashed several parts of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, with the MeT Department forecasting heavy rainfall at isolated places in the state for the next two days.

Una and Sundernagar recorded 49 mm of rainfall from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Saturday, MeT Department Director Manmohan Singh said.

Manali and Bilaspur each recorded 48 mm of rainfall followed by 32 mm each in Shimla and Solan, 27 mm in Bhuntar, 21 mm in Dharmshala, 19 mm in Kangra and 11 mm in Kalpa.
