The National Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (INAMET) forecasts that the following weather conditions for maritime navigation will be available for the four coastal regions of Angola until 6:00 pm on December 11.

Cabinda Region (up to 200 miles from the coast): Cloudy sky and wind blowing southeast, with a force up to six kilotons (KT).

The waves can reach up to 1.4 meters in height, the sea will be slightly agitated and the visibility horizontal, moderate (up to three kilometers).

In Zaire, Bengo, Luanda and Cuanza Sul (4ºs -6ºS): Also cloudy, with the wind blowing southeast or south, with four to eight KT. The waves can reach up to 1.2 meters in height, the sea will be slightly agitated and the visibility moderate horizontal (up to three kilometers).

In Benguela (12ºS-14ºS): Partly cloudy sky and wind blowing in the south and southeast directions, with a force of eight KT. The waves should reach up to 0.8 meters in height, the sea should be agitated and the visibility horizontal, moderate (more than five kilometers).

Namibe (14º S-18ºS): Partly cloudy sky, with wind blowing southwards, up to 18 kilotonnes. The waves can reach up to 0.6 meters in height, the sea will be slightly agitated, and the visibility moderate horizontal (more than five kilometers).
