Data from real estate consultant Anarock analyzed projects launched and completed between 2010-2019 and 2014-H1 2024 in these cities.

Chennai builders completed small projects in an average of 3 years and larger ones in 3.6 years, the quickest among the cities surveyed. However, MMR and Delhi-NCR took the longest time for smaller projects.
