Tragedy Strikes: Leopard Attack Claims Young Life

An eight-year-old girl named Tanya died in a leopard attack in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, while collecting fodder with her mother. The incident occurred in Malkapur village. Villagers drove the leopard away, but she sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

In a tragic incident in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, an eight-year-old girl lost her life in a leopard attack on Friday morning.

The attack happened in Malkapur village of the Nahtaur area, where the leopard snatched the girl, named Tanya, as she accompanied her mother to collect fodder.

Though villagers managed to scare the animal away, Tanya had already sustained critical injuries. She was rushed to a hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead, police confirmed. Authorities have sent her body for a post-mortem examination.
