Russia is reaffirming its commitment to the Paris climate agreement, according to Economy Minister Maxim Reshetnikov. He made the announcement on Friday, emphasizing the nation's intention to stay on course with global climate efforts.
Reshetnikov noted that Moscow requires a couple of months to finalize its updates on carbon emission reduction strategies before submitting them to the United Nations.
