Enzyme Office Spaces Expands in Mumbai with SUGAR Cosmetics Partnership

Enzyme Office Spaces has leased 14,000 square feet of workspace in Mumbai to SUGAR Cosmetics. Enzyme, operating 32 centres with a seating capacity of 35,000, collaborates with SUGAR Cosmetics as part of their strategic expansion. The workspace is located in Andheri East, providing accessibility benefits.

Enzyme Office Spaces has successfully leased 14,000 square feet of managed workspace in Mumbai to the beauty and personal care brand SUGAR Cosmetics, reflecting the growing demand for flexible office solutions in major cities.

The Andheri East location, taken on lease by Enzyme from House of Hiranandani, will serve as a strategic workspace for SUGAR Cosmetics for five years, supporting both employee and visitor accessibility.

According to a report by real estate consultant Vestian, flexible office operators currently manage 67 million square feet of office space, and this number is expected to surpass 100 million by the end of 2026.
