Brigade Enterprises Limited revealed its ambitious plan to invest Rs 1,500 crore in Kerala, which promises to generate employment for roughly 12,000 individuals over the next five years, the organization announced on Friday.

During the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025, the flagship firm of Brigade Group submitted an Expression of Interest in front of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, detailing their schemes for upcoming ventures in the state.

Planned projects include a second World Trade Center in Kerala, new residential housing in Kochi, and a luxury island resort at Vaikom, with completion expected by 2030. A recent agreement with Technopark will see Brigade developing a significant World Trade Center in Thiruvananthapuram, marking a major milestone in the company’s expansion strategy.
