Mumbai Property Registrations Dip Slightly in June

Knight Frank India reported a minor decline in property registrations in Mumbai municipal region, falling to approximately 11,600 units in June 2024. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation logged 11,586 registrations by the end of the month, encompassing both primary and secondary market transactions.

Property registrations in the Mumbai municipal area are experiencing a slight decline in June, reaching around 11,600 units, according to a report from Knight Frank India.

Despite the drop, the figure stood at 11,673 units registered during June 2024, highlighting a marginal decrease.

Knight Frank India on Monday indicated that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) registered 11,586 properties by June 30, reflecting activity in both the primary and secondary market sectors.
