Shivakumar stated measures are underway to improve roads and eliminate potholes, with plans for permanent solutions actively being developed. A dedicated meeting is set for Saturday with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is the Greater Bengaluru Authority Chairman, to outline further actions.

In response to criticism from JD(S) leader H D Kumarswamy, Shivakumar challenged the Central government's alleged neglect of Karnataka, and highlighted Bengaluru's appeal to numerous global companies and professionals.
