While awaiting the vehicle's arrival, Thakur heard the commotion of the accident and immediately hurried to the scene, finding the truck in shambles.

Upon discovering the casualties, Thakur alerted emergency services. An ambulance promptly transported the injured to a Solan government hospital, where they are currently receiving medical attention. Solan's Superintendent of Police, Gaurav Singh, confirmed that a case has been registered under various sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, as police delve deeper into the causes of this fatal incident.
