In a recent site inspection, Indu Rani Jakhar, Collector of Palghar district in Maharashtra, assessed the progress of the Mumbai-Vadodara Expressway. She urged officials to expedite construction, enhance security, and strengthen coordination for this vital infrastructure project, emphasizing its role in regional connectivity and economic advancement.

Jakhar was accompanied by Superintendent of Police Yatish Deshmukh, Assistant District Collector Vishal Khatri, and senior National Highways Authority of India officials. Detailed updates were sought, and alternative routes were discussed to ensure minimal disruption for commuters.

Additionally, Jakhar visited the Government Ashram School for Girls at Varwada, inspecting its facilities. She directed immediate action to improve infrastructure, sanitation, and security, reinforcing that educational and infrastructure development are top priorities for the district administration.
