Rustomjee Group Unveils Net Zero Clubhouses at Belle Vue, Pioneering Sustainable Living

In a significant move towards sustainable living, Rustomjee Group has launched two Net Zero Carbon Clubhouses at its Rustomjee Belle Vue development, located near Igatpuri in Kasara. These clubhouses are part of the group's first plotted development project, underlining a commitment to pioneering eco-friendly residential living.
The clubhouses have received the Carbon Net Zero Certification from IGBC, highlighting their focus on renewable energy and low embodied carbon materials. Mr. Boman Rustom Irani, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized the group's philosophy of environmental stewardship, with designs featuring solar-powered infrastructure and strong waste management systems.
Mrs. Namrata Nulwalla, the Chief Sustainability Officer, notes that sustainability is ingrained in Belle Vue's design. The development reduces freshwater use and includes waste segregation systems, aiming for Zero Waste to Landfill. Future phases plan to extend green certification, creating a sustainable lifestyle hub near Mumbai and Pune.
