RMZ Millenia Towers B and C, 20-year-old assets, have been awarded the prestigious LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This recognition emphasizes RMZ's dedication to sustainability through energy efficiency, water conservation, and enhanced building operations.
The significant achievement was made possible through a series of strategic interventions, including chiller replacements and energy optimization, ensuring the towers met the rigorous benchmarks for LEED certification.
