Nirala World Embarks on Rs 80 Crore Commercial Venture in Noida

Nirala World plans to invest Rs 80 crore for a new commercial project in Noida, named 'Nirala 154'. Spanning 1.1 acres, with 2 lakh sq ft of leasable area, it is set for completion by January 2028. The project aims to generate significant lease rental income upon operation.

Nirala World, a prominent real estate company, is set to invest Rs 80 crore into a new commercial project named 'Nirala 154' in Noida, as announced on Friday.

Situated along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, this premium commercial venture will span 1.1 acres, offering a total leasable area of 2 lakh sq ft. The project is targeted for completion in January 2028, according to the company's statement.

CMD Suresh Garg highlighted that 'Nirala 154' will operate on a pure leasing model, ensuring long-term value for stakeholders and the company. The built project is projected to yield a lease rental value of Rs 1.5-2 crore monthly. Nirala World has historically developed both residential and commercial projects in the Delhi-NCR region.
