Siddha Group Eyes Major Expansion with Vision 2030

Siddha Group announced a Vision 2030 roadmap aiming for a 60% expansion in its residential footprint to 1.02 crore sq ft across Kolkata, Mumbai, and Jaipur. This comes with eight new projects and a drone delivery system. The company saw a 120% increase in enquiry-to-sale conversions.

Siddha Group, a prominent city-based realty firm, has unveiled its ambitious Vision 2030 roadmap on Wednesday, which outlines a substantial 60 percent increase in its residential development space. The initiative targets expanding the footprint to 1.02 crore square feet through new projects in key locations including Kolkata, Mumbai, and Jaipur.

The expansion is poised to build on the company's current development portfolio of 64.41 lakh square feet. This strategic move is aimed at reinforcing Siddha Group's position in core markets and enhancing its project execution and delivery capabilities. The company plans to roll out eight new projects in these cities as part of the roadmap.

In a strong indicator of market momentum, Siddha Group reported sales exceeding 500 units, with a noteworthy 120 percent growth in enquiry-to-sale conversion rates over last year. Additionally, Managing Director Sanjay Jain expressed confidence in sustained demand and further announced a novel drone-based delivery system for its Siddha Sky project in Mumbai, implemented in partnership with Skye Air.
