Real estate firm Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd is set to inject Rs 700 crore into the development of four new residential projects in Pune, highlighting its aggressive expansion plan in the region.
The company unveiled these projects as part of its festive season lineup, showcasing a development potential exceeding 1.75 million sq ft and promising the delivery of nearly 1,400 residential units, aiming for an estimated revenue of Rs 1,175 crore. Director of Business Development, Amit Paranjape, emphasized the significance of the festive period for homebuyers, associating it with new beginnings and investment opportunities for Indian families.
Apart from these projects, Paranjape Schemes is also working on three major integrated townships, anticipated to redefine urban living in the area.
