The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has sealed a deal with Raigad-Pen Growth Centre, marking a significant step towards urban development in Maharashtra. The formal signing was overseen by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at the Sahyadri Guest House in south Mumbai.
