In a tragic incident in Nalgonda, Telangana, a reactor blast at a pharmaceutical plant claimed the life of one individual and left seven others injured, police reported. The explosion took place on Friday afternoon at a two-storey facility where ten employees were operating.

Of those injured, six were rushed to a super-speciality hospital in Hyderabad, while others sustained minor injuries. The deceased reportedly jumped from the building after the explosion, succumbing to multiple injuries.

Authorities are actively investigating the cause behind the explosion, aiming to prevent any future occurrences. Meanwhile, the plant has witnessed previous safety concerns, with two individuals recovering from a fire accident earlier this year.
