Innovative Leap in Wastewater Solutions: WOG Technologies Unveils Research Hub

WOG Technologies has inaugurated a Research, Development & Technology Centre in Gurugram, aiming to pioneer advanced sustainability technologies. The center will focus on innovations in wastewater recycling and energy efficiency, ensuring affordability for small enterprises. This initiative aligns with India's push for environmental solutions and sustainable urban development.

WOG Technologies, a trailblazer in industrial wastewater recycling, unveiled its state-of-the-art Research, Development & Technology Centre in Gurugram on Monday. The facility aims to democratize advanced sustainability technologies by making them affordable and accessible to smaller enterprises.

Spanning 7,000 square feet, the center will spearhead innovations in wastewater recycling, acid recovery, waste-to-energy, and AI-driven water intelligence. It represents a significant stride in India's environmental technology landscape, addressing the fact that only 37% of the nation's wastewater is currently treated.

The center’s mission is to fast-track the transition from lab-based discoveries to deployable industrial solutions for industrial and municipal application. This aligns with efforts to meet zero liquid discharge mandates and enhance environmental compliance, according to V K Chaurasia of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, who inaugurated the facility.
