A deadly storm wreaked havoc in Jharkhand's Palamu district, leaving two people dead and another injured, local authorities reported on Thursday.
The calamity unfolded on Wednesday evening, as heavy rains and strong winds lashed the region, toppling trees and damaging numerous homes.
One tragic incident involved a tree falling on a motorcycle, killing Kamdev Chandravanshi and injuring another at Shivalaya Road. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Pappu Kumar perished in Naudiha village due to a similar tragedy.
