Construction and infrastructure development firm J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd on Tuesday reported a 4 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 109.6 crore for the quarter ended March 3, mainly due to lower income.
The company had posted consolidated net profit of Rs 114.2 crore in the year-ago period.
The consolidated income of the company during the fourth quarter dropped to Rs 1,616.5 crore from Rs 1,642.6 crore in the year-ago period.
The board of directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per equity for the financial year 2025-26, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd, founded in 1980 has established itself as one of the leading domestic infrastructure companies.
