Massive earthquake hits Ecuador, no Tsunami alert yet

An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 struck 224 km east-southeast of Ambato, Ecuador, on Friday, according to the United States Geological Survey. So far, no reports of injuries out of the city. This was a very deep quake, 82 miles in depth. No tsunami threat to the region.
