​Russia ​struck one ‌of Ukrainian energy ​company Naftogaz's key facilities ‌in the northeastern Kharkiv region in two waves of attacks ‌with drones and missiles, the ‌company said on Tuesday.

"This is a deliberate tactic ⁠of ​terror," ⁠said Naftogaz CEO Sergii Koretskyi. "This is ⁠how the Russians are trying ​to inflict maximum damage not ⁠only on infrastructure, but also ⁠on people ​who are rescuing, repairing, and rebuilding."

Naftogaz ⁠was reviewing and tightening its ⁠security protocols, ⁠he added.
