A magnitude 5.5 earthquake struck the Czech Republic and Slovakia on Thursday, occurring at a depth of 10 km, according to the German Research Centre for Geosciences.

​An ‌earthquake of ​magnitude ‌5.5 struck the Czech Republic ‌and ‌Slovakia on Thursday, ⁠the ​German ⁠Research Centre for ⁠Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The ​quake was ⁠at a ⁠depth ​of 10 ⁠km (6.21 miles), ⁠GFZ said.
