Cleveland Indians activate LHP Andrew Miller (shoulder) from DL

The Cleveland Indians activated left-hander Andrew Miller from the 10-day disabled list prior to Monday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays.

The standout reliever was sidelined for a month with an impingement in his throwing shoulder.

The 33-year-old Miller has served three stints on the DL this season. The two-time All-Star previously missed time with hamstring and knee ailments.

Miller is 2-3 with a 3.38 ERA in 27 appearances this season.

The Indians hope to have a healthy Miller for their expected postseason run, teaming him with right-hander Cody Allen and lefty Brad Hand in the back end.
