Right-handed reliever Joe Kelly agreed to a three-year, $25 million deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to multiple reports.

Kelly had a dominant postseason out of the Boston Red Sox bullpen, including six scoreless innings against the Dodgers in the 2018 World Series. In 11 1/3 postseason innings, Kelly had 13 strikeouts and zero walks.

Kelly finished last season with a 4.39 ERA in 65 2/3 innings with 68 strikeouts.

The 30-year-old Kelly, a southern California native, is likely to become one of the primary setup options for manager Dave Roberts, who said the Dodgers continue to view Kenley Jansen as the team's ninth-inning option. Jansen had a heart procedure but is expected to make a full recovery.

Kelly also has starting experience and spent five of his first seven seasons bouncing between the rotation and bullpen.
