Los Rojiblancos are tied with Sevilla in the La Liga standings with 28 points, three points behind leader Barcelona; yet many fans feel Atletico has underperformed this season, only winning one of its seven La Liga away matches, reports Efe.
"That Atletico is currently the second is not so good," Simeone said adding that Atletico fans demand that the team improve.
In regards to Atleti's upcoming La Liga away match scheduled for Saturday at Valladolid's Jose Zorilla stadium, the Argentine coach said: "Real Valladolid play very well as a team."
