Pakistan's new red-ball head coach, Jason Gillespie, is poised to arrive in the country next month, ready to take charge of a training camp for the upcoming home series against Bangladesh.

The camp will commence on July 24 in Karachi, accommodating probables for both the national team and the Pakistan Shaheen squad. Shan Masood, Pakistan's Test captain, is set to return early from England to join the camp.

Senior players are anticipated to be rested for the series, allowing Gillespie to evaluate the country's backup talent. Additionally, Mohsin Naqvi will address major board decisions following the World Cup, including team grouping issues.
