Kylian Mbappe Join Real Madrid: Official Unveiling at Santiago Bernabeu

France's football sensation Kylian Mbappe, former PSG star, will be unveiled as Real Madrid's latest acquisition on July 16 at Santiago Bernabeu. Mbappe, who joined as a free agent, will play for Madrid for five seasons. Real Madrid fans eagerly await to see him don the jersey number nine.

France football star Kylian Mbappe is set to be unveiled as the newest addition to Spanish giants Real Madrid on July 16 at the iconic Santiago Bernabeu stadium. After years of speculation, the 25-year-old joined the club as a free agent in June, leaving Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to join a team brimming with talent and basking in its latest European triumph.

Real Madrid announced the unveiling, stating, "On Tuesday 16th July, at 12 pm, the presentation of our new player Kylian Mbappe will take place at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Real Madrid members, Premium Madridistas, and the general public can attend, subject to ticket availability." Mbappe will wear the prestigious number nine jersey.

"Real Madrid CF and Kylian Mbappe have reached an agreement under which he will become a Real Madrid player for the next five seasons," Real Madrid declared earlier in June. Mbappe, who joined PSG from AS Monaco in 2017, scored 243 goals in 290 matches for PSG. He also shone in the recent Ligue 1 season with 27 goals in 29 appearances.

Mbappe has always expressed his dream to play for Real Madrid. Despite extending his contract with PSG, he couldn't turn down this opportunity. In 2021, Madrid made a 220 million Euro offer for Mbappe, which PSG rejected. His transfer now highlights Los Blancos' long-held ambition.

In the ongoing UEFA Euro competition, Mbappe showcased his prowess by leading France to the semifinals, though they lost 1-2 to Spain. His contributions included a goal and two assists during the tournament.
