It was a close battle as both tied the first set with 27 points each. Hall took the second set by a point.
Rai made a strong comeback in the third set with a 28-25 win. However, Hall clinched the fourth set 29-28.
Needing his best in the fifth set, Rai tied it with Hall again at 29 points each, sealing his defeat.
