Paris St Germain has signed Ecuadorian centre back Willian Pacho from Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt on a contract until 2029, the Ligue 1 champions announced on Friday. Neither PSG nor Frankfurt disclosed the financial details of the deal, making Pacho the first Ecuadorian player in PSG's history.

Pacho, a 22-year-old international with 16 caps, began his professional journey at Ecuador's Independiente del Valle and made 44 appearances for Frankfurt since joining from Belgian club Royal Antwerp. The acquisition follows PSG's recent signing of highly touted 19-year-old Portuguese defensive midfielder Joao Neves from Benfica on a five-year contract. The moves highlight PSG's ongoing strategy to assemble a vibrant and promising squad.
