With Shreyas Iyer released to captain Punjab Kings, KKR is expected to announce a new skipper soon. Potential candidates include Ajinkya Rahane and Venkatesh Iyer, the latter being a high-value re-signing in the IPL auction.

Head Coach Chandrakant Pandit emphasized the importance of these training camps in developing team cohesion and rhythm. As the team anticipates the availability of international players post the ICC Champions Trophy, they are optimistic about replicating last year's success.
