The club's dominance was evident as they dispatched all opponents, including Oriental FC and Vel Socials FC, with emphatic victories. Progressing through the knockout stages, Empire humbled East West FC 5-0 and edged out Young Boys FC 1-0 before defeating Jai Bharat Nagar FC 3-0 to reach the final, held on June 30.
