Following their exit from the Women's Premier League (WPL), Gujarat Giants head coach Michael Klinger commended his team's spirited comeback while batting in the match and their success in playoff qualification. Despite their valiant efforts, the team's bowling fell short, unable to defend 169 against a dominant Delhi Capitals.

At the post-match press conference, Klinger highlighted the team's batting performance, particularly the contributions of Beth Mooney and Georgia Wareham.
