The Indian men's team, fresh from their historic victory in 2022, will compete in Group A with China, Canada, and Australia. Meanwhile, the Indian women's team, who aim to outdo their previous quarterfinal showing, find themselves in Group A with China, hosts Denmark, and Ukraine.

India's teams are keen to advance beyond the group stages, drawing inspiration from previous successes and recent performances. Notably, Indian star Lakshya Sen remains in top form after a remarkable runner-up finish at the All-England Championships, boosting the men's team's prospects.
