The toss, initially delayed due to a wet outfield, finally took place at 8:30 pm local time, pushing the match start to 8:45 pm, more than an hour later than scheduled. Despite the delay, the match retained its full number of overs under revised conditions.
Strategic changes were made by both teams. RCB replaced Romario Shepherd with Venkatesh Iyer, while KKR brought in Saurabh Dubey in place of the injured Varun Chakravarthy. Fans eagerly anticipate the clash amidst these adjustments.
