As Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) gear up for their clash against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL Qualifier, all eyes will be on two of their top performers - skipper Rajat Patidar and all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer. Both hailing from Madhya Pradesh, these players have proven to be invaluable assets in RCB's quest for glory, especially during the high-pressure playoff encounters.

Rajat Patidar has showcased his prowess in IPL playoffs, amassing 245 runs in five games at a striking average of 81.66 and a strike rate exceeding 172. His century against Lucknow Super Giants in the 2022 eliminator remains one of his standout performances. Additionally, his impressive knockout record across T20 matches, including representations for MP and RCB, sees him with 420 runs in eight innings at a staggering average of 105.

Meanwhile, Venkatesh Iyer, playing his first IPL knockout for RCB after his years with Kolkata Knight Riders, has quickly demonstrated his ability to make impactful contributions. With 234 runs in five knockout matches averaging 78 and a strike rate of over 149, Iyer's performances have been pivotal for RCB. As the team advances, Patidar and Iyer's ability to deliver under pressure will be crucial to RCB's campaign for a direct spot in the IPL final.
