The Bhopal Leopards, reigning champions, have revealed their lineup for the upcoming MPL T20 Scindia Cup. Exciting talents such as Aniket Verma and Arshad Khan headline the squad. Abhishek Mohan Gupta, representing the owners HMG Sports, expressed optimism, highlighting the team's blend of seasoned and youthful players.

The Leopards' campaign kicks off against Indore Pink Panthers on June 4 at Holkar Stadium. This latest edition of the Madhya Pradesh League starts on June 3 with the Gwalior Cheetahs facing Ujjain Falcons. The expanded format includes 10 men's and five women's teams, marking MPL 2026 as the largest iteration yet.

The men's division adds three new franchises: Malwa Stallions, Ujjain Falcons, and Royal Nimar Eagles, joining existing teams like the defending champion Leopards. On the women's side, Gwalior Shernis and Royal Nimar Eagles debut, alongside existing teams. MPL 2026 aims to enhance the cricketing ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh.
