D-backs club 8 homers to outslug Phils 13-8

Eduardo Escobar hit two home runs and finished with four hits and five RBIs to lift the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks past the Philadelphia Phillies 13-8 on Monday. Vargas then added a solo homer off Suarez two out later for a six-run advantage at 10-4. Vargas slammed a two-run shot in the ninth for a 13-6 lead.
