Fans furious for the way India lost to England

The match between India and England was supposed to be interesting and it was happening the same way except for the show in the last ten overs. One gentleman, Anwar Lodhi, tweeted before the start of the match that this match is fixed to keep certain teams out of the race for semi-finals.

If @ICC should investigate one match for fixing, this is the match #indiavsEngland at Edgbaston. I don't say this is for money: this may be a 'strategic match fixing' to keep a certain team out of the semi finals. This type of fixing is also against the spirit of cricket.

Former Pakistani cricketer and coach, Waqar Younis, also raised a question on the sportsmanship of players.

It's not who you are.. What you do in life defines who you are.. Me not bothered if Pakistan gets to the semis or not but one thing is for sure.. Sportsmanship of few Champions got tested and they failed badly #INDvsEND #CWC2019

Seeing the poor show of the game in the last ten overs by Dhoni and Jadhav some viewers will buy the theory of fixing pointed out by Mr. Lodhi.

Also, cricket fans are angry and frustrated with a lazy show of game by Dhoni and Jadhav and twitter is buzzing with tweets expressing this anger and frustration.

Disgusting approach from Dhoni, Jadhav. This is insulting all the fans, show some spine!#indiavsEngland

Sourav Ganguly: I dont have any explanation for that single...Nasir Hussain: Indian fans are leaving!Indian fans here would want to see Dhoni give it a go...commentators cant belive it..#INDvENG #indiavsEngland #ENGvIND #TeamIndia #CWC2019 #DhoniAtCWC19 #MSDhoni #Dhoni pic.twitter.com/yML6aWolhv

If Dhoni and Jadhav got out trying to hit a boundary 5 overs ago, nobody would have blamed them. But they started blocking when team needed 12 an over in last 6, very possible in today's game. Shameful, pathetic batting display.
