"Floyd Mayweather Jr. has no interest in a rematch with Manny Pacquiao," said the CEO of Mayweather Promotions, Leonard Ellerbe. According to him, the 42-year old retired boxer is "very content" in retirement, thus, he has "zero interest" in returning to the ring after their money-spinning 2015 superfight. He also said to BoxingScene website that not even the prospect of another lucrative payday would lure him back to the ring.

Floyd Mayweather is believed to have earned nearly USD 300 million from his points victory over Manny Pacquiao. It was the most lucrative event in the history of boxing that generated over USD 600 million in total revenue. It also produced a record of 4.6 million pay-per-view buys in 2015.

"He's living his best life. I just talked to him earlier today. We went over some business stuff. He's traveling, spending time with his kids, spending time with his family. He's doing all the things that he never got a chance to do because boxing has consumed his life ever since he was 5 years old. So truly, he's getting to do stuff for really kind of the first time in his life. And he's really enjoying it," Leonard Ellerbe said about Mayweather.
