Xiaomi 11T series tipped to launch in India next month

The Xiaomi 11T series, which was unveiled last week at the company's global event, is set to launch in India next month. According to popular tipster Mukul Sharma on Twitter (@stufflistings), the series - comprising Xiaomi 11T Pro and Xiaomi 11T - will land in India in October.

Xiaomi 11T / 11T Pro: Specifications

The Xiaomi 11T and the Xiaomi 11T Pro feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED flat DotDisplay with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display supports a peak brightness of 1000 nits, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and other features.

Under the hood, the Pro model has Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform while the standard model has MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Ultra SoC. The processors are paired with up to 12GB of RAM and you get up to 256GB of in-built storage.

In terms of optics, both the devices have a 108MP wide-angle camera with Dual Native ISO, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 120-degree FOV and a 5MP telemacro camera at the back. For selfies and video chatting, there is a 16MP in-display camera.

The Xiaomi 11T series runs on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 and is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. The Pro model supports 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge technology that enables a 100% charge in just 17 minutes while the standard model supports 67W wired turbo charging technology.

Connectivity features onboard the series include 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, Dual SIM, Multi-functional NFC and IR blaster. For biometric authentication, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor

Pricing

The Xiaomi 11T's base model (8GB + 128GB) costs EUR 499 (approx. Rs 43,300) while the 8GB + 256GB storage variant is priced at EUR 549 (approx. Rs 47,700).

The Xiaomi 11T Pro, on the other hand, is priced at EUR 649 (approx. Rs 56,400) for the 8GB + 128GB model, EUR 699 (approx. Rs 60,700) for the 8GB + 256GB storage variant, and EUR 749 (approx. Rs 65,000) for the 12GB + 256GB memory variant.

Both models are offered in Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue color options.
