Starlink now offers a global roaming option to its customers
SpaceX on Wednesday announced Starlink Roam, a new global roaming service that allows customers to enjoy the same high-speed low latency internet they have at home at any location where the Starlink service is available.
According to SpaceX, Starlink Roam is ideal for customers travelling to locations where connectivity has been unreliable or completely unavailable.
In addition, Starlink Roam provides customers with the ability to pause and un-pause the service at any time based on their travel needs. It is billed in one-month increments, allowing users to customize their service to their individual travel needs.
As already mentioned, the new service can be ordered in select countries where Starlink provides active coverage.

The Starlink internet service is available in a number of countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Iceland, New Zealand, and Australia, among others. It is worth noting that the service is still being rolled out in many regions, and availability may vary depending on factors such as geographic location and regulatory approval.
In December 2022, SpaceX announced that its Starlink service has more than 1,000,000 active subscribers worldwide.
