BRICS bank NDB to think about ways to fulfill commitments to Russia, exec says

The New Development Bank intends to think about ways it can fulfill its obligations to Russia in compliance with restrictions on financial capital, a vice president for the bank said on Tuesday.

Vladimir Kazbekov, an NDB vice-president and chief operating officer, made the comments at a press conference in conjunction with the bank's eighth annual meeting in Shanghai.
