Telegram groups can now publish stories and save them as post

Telegram messenger is rolling out nine new features including the ability for admins to post stories from groups and access to unlimited voice-to-text transcription and premium Custom Emojis for members of boosted groups.

With this update, boosted groups can now offer members access to premium features like voice-to-text for voice and video messages and custom emoji when messaging inside the group.

Next up, the March update brings a novel way of communication in groups, where admins can now post stories. To post a story as your group, either tap the story icon (+) on the group's profile or select the group in the "Post Story As" section of the story editor.

Groups can now change the color and logo of their profile cover, set an emoji status, and choose a unique wallpaper that will be visible to all who open the group. To customize your group, open its profile and select Edit > Appearance.

"This is just the beginning - future updates will add even more features to power up your group chat," Telegram said.
