U.S. condemns China's 'dangerous manoeuvres' in the South China Sea, envoy says

The United States strongly condemns China's "dangerous manoeuvres" at the Second Thomas Shoal in the South China Sea, its ambassador to the Philippines said on Tuesday.

"The United States stands with the Philippines and proponents of international law in support of a free and open Indo Pacific," Ambassador MaryKay Carlson said on social media platform X.
