ECB to Reassess Policy with New Data in September

Luis de Guindos, the vice president of the European Central Bank, stated that new data and macroeconomic projections expected in September will facilitate a better reassessment of the ECB's monetary policy stance.
In an interview with Europa Press, de Guindos elaborated on the ECB's decision to keep interest rates unchanged in July, emphasizing that more critical information will be available in September.
de Guindos added, 'Data-wise, September is a much more convenient month for making decisions than July was.'
