This initiative will train over 100 employees to become Gen AI architects, combining instructor-led classes and e-Learning. Hexaware Technologies, a leading IT services and solutions provider, has announced a new collaboration with upGrad Enterprise. This partnership aims to train over 100 employees in advanced generative AI (Gen AI) concepts and tools, propelling them to the forefront of AI technology.

The selected employees, chosen through a rigorous assessment panel, will undergo comprehensive training to become Gen AI architects. The criteria for selection include a strong technical background, high-performance ratings, and completed courses in Gen AI Foundation and Advanced. The training program blends instructor-led sessions with e-Learning modules to impart deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) skills.

Hexaware's Executive VP Satyendu Mohanty commented on the alignment of this initiative with the company's mission to build Gen AI capabilities rapidly. Additionally, CTO Satyajith Mundakkal emphasized the importance of this training in enhancing internal capabilities and driving client value.
